Your Ayurvedic Consultation at Mamta Ayurveda
The Deep Dive into Your Health History :-
Your consultation begins with an unhurried, in-depth conversation. We want to understand the full landscape of your life. Our practitioners will ask detailed questions about:
Your Digestion (Agni): How your body processes food is the cornerstone of Ayurvedic health.
Your Lifestyle (Vihara): Your sleep quality, stress levels, energy fluctuations, and daily routine.
Your Environment: How your work, relationships, and the changing seasons affect your well-being.

Traditional Ayurvedic Diagnostics :-
To uncover the root cause of any ailments, we rely on non-invasive, time-tested diagnostic methods:
Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Assessment): The practitioner places three fingers on your wrist to read the subtle flow of your Vata, Pitta, and Kapha energies. This reveals hidden imbalances, the health of your internal organs, and how stress is impacting your system.
Darshana (Observation): A careful visual examination of your eyes, tongue, skin, and nails to detect the presence of accumulated toxins (Ama) or deep tissue depletion.
Sparshana (Touch): Assessing skin temperature, texture, and bodily structure to further evaluate your dominant energies.
Crafting Your Personalized Wellness Plan :-
At Mamta Ayurveda, you will never receive a “one-size-fits-all” solution. Before your consultation concludes, we will provide a comprehensive roadmap tailored specifically to your body’s unique needs:
Herbal Remedies: Prescriptions for pure, naturally sourced Ayurvedic herbs designed to correct imbalances, clear toxins, and deeply nourish your tissues.
Food as Medicine: A customized diet plan detailing which foods to favor and which to avoid to keep your digestive fire strong.
Daily Habits: Practical lifestyle adjustments, which may include specific yoga postures, breathing exercises (Pranayama), or mindfulness techniques.
Clinical Therapies: Recommendations for specific in-clinic treatments—like Panchakarma (deep detoxification), Abhyanga (therapeutic massage), or Shirodhara (stress relief)—if your condition requires deeper intervention.

Few Of The Common Concerns
Unlike conventional medicine, which often focuses solely on managing symptoms, an Ayurvedic consultation at Mamta Ayurveda focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of your ailment. We view you as a whole person—assessing your mind, body, and spirit—to understand your unique constitution (dosha) and restore your natural state of balance.
Your initial consultation is an in-depth health discovery session. Our practitioner will discuss your complete medical history, diet, sleep patterns, and daily routine. We will also use traditional diagnostic tools like Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) and visual observation of your tongue, eyes, and skin to determine your Prakriti (natural constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances).
Because we take a comprehensive approach to your health, an initial consultation typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are usually shorter, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes, as we monitor your progress and adjust your healing plan
To get the most accurate pulse reading (Nadi Pariksha), it is best to avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking caffeine for at least two hours before your appointment. Please also bring any recent medical reports, blood work, and a list of medications or supplements you are currently taking.
Ayurveda does not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" strict diet. Instead, we provide you with a customized, dosha-specific dietary plan. We will guide you on which foods act as medicine for your body and which ones might be aggravating your symptoms, ensuring the changes are practical and sustainable for your lifestyle.
Yes, many Ayurvedic treatments can be safely integrated with conventional medications. However, it is crucial that you disclose all medications you are currently taking during your consultation. Our practitioners will carefully design a complementary plan to avoid any adverse herb-drug interactions.
: Your personalized wellness plan will likely include a combination of 100% natural herbal formulations, specific dietary guidelines, and lifestyle adjustments (like yoga or breathing exercises). If necessary, we may also recommend specialized clinic therapies such as Panchakarma (detoxification) or Abhyanga (therapeutic massage).
